Edward Trojanowski was a versatile artist for whom neither technique nor the scale of artistic endeavor was ever an obstacle. He presented his kilim "Baskets" at the Paris exhibition in 1925. The repetitive, decorative pattern of "Baskets," reminiscent of textile repeats, brings a sense of harmony and elegance, clearly accentuating the space in which it is hung.
